Holograph Press Works began as a conversation between two publishing professionals—Curtis, with a deep background in production management, and Rakesh, an expert in editorial workflows and digital transformation.
What started as mutual respect quickly turned into a shared mission: to bridge the widening gap between traditional publishing processes and the evolving demands of modern content delivery
With nearly two decades of industry experience, Curtis built his career optimizing editorial and production pipelines, leading interdepartmental teams, and streamlining workflows to improve speed and quality. Known for balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, he consistently delivered operational excellence while empowering collaboration across publishing functions

His work spanned data conversion, accessibility, eBook production, and scalable editorial workflows.
